Currently, the only option available is “Economy”, surely not the fastest, but the cheapest.
The total shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the goods purchased (the system, as requested by all couriers, will choose the greater value between specific and volumetric weight).
It is always indicated separately in your shopping cart. There will be no surprises once the order has been confirmed.


Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Products sold through the website ( can be delivered, at present, in Italy and European Union countries.
Shipments are made only through courier service. A signature is always required upon delivery. It is the Customer’s option to have someone other than themselves sign for the delivery, as long as said person is at the address supplied and is at least 18 years of age. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, the Customer will be required to contact the appointed courier.
To cancel an order, send an e-mail to customer services at to request cancellation.
Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee blocking the shipment.
If, instead, it is possible to block the shipment, the cancellation of the order will be confirmed on the “Your Account” page in the “Orders” section.


In compliance with the law and as per the “Terms and Conditions” section, the customer can terminate the contract and return any product purchased on the website.
Transportation costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense except in the event of damaged or faulty products, which must be proven with a photo.
Proof of purchase is necessary to return the product.


Follow these simple steps:
1) send an e-mail to with the product details (order number, product to be returned, etc.). Alternatively, call Customer Care at the number on the website.
2) pack the items carefully: keep the original packaging and include the documents confirming the order. For good measure, we suggest using a shipping method with tracking system in that Sincerity&Food will not be held responsible in the event of damage to or loss of the package.
Once the returned item/s have been received and verified, we will re-credit the cost of the item/s, usually within 14 business days.
