With gluten-free breadsticks, the “cardboard effect” is always around the corner: crispy but flavourless, flavourful but not fragrant. This is a difficult product because, with these, the raw materials are everything.
We created this recipe because we wanted a product that is different from the usual gluten-free breadsticks: healthy and appetizing with a flavour that is memorable. We have enriched the Sincerity&Food mix with buckwheat, a precious flour that is naturally gluten-free and gives a rustic and tasty touch. We also added a touch of white wine and tasty sesame and poppy seeds to the dough for a clean and inviting aroma. If you are tempted to finish the bag, don’t worry: there are no preservatives, emulsifiers, or gluten.
Store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close the package carefully or put them in an airtight jar.
Flour mix (corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, dextrose, guar seed powder, psyllium seed powder, carob seed flour, inulin), buckweath flour, white wine (sulfites) olive oil, eggs, sesam seeds 5%, poppy seeds 2%, salt, water, baking powder. May contains traces of milk proteins, and nuts.

For a savoury snack, try to pair them with vegetable or tomato juice. Perfectly balanced fibre, vitamins and carbohydrates.

Kids go crazy for them, first preparing them and then eating them: they wrap prosciutto slices around them and them dip them in mayonnaise or ketchup and dig in!
