Gluten free Rice and chestnut pasta
A food speciality made with rice flour and chestnut. 250 gr.
Pasta is a serious thing. To make it very well, you need high-quality raw materials, because if pasta is made with water and flour, the flour is everything. To make these gluten-free penne, we used organic rice flour and chestnut flour, as per Piedmontese tradition, where this fruit is gold. The flavour is delicately sweet and has autumn hints of the woods. To do this, they are naturally dried for 18 long hours to nurture the nutrients at low temperatures thus keeping them intact until the pasta reaches your plate.
The fact they are bronze-drawn make them coarse and sturdy.
Sincerity&Food pasta is made with only two ingredients: water and naturally gluten-free flours. We have decided not to add emulsifiers, colouring or preservatives. The resulting texture is original: try it in a different and honest plate of pasta.
Cooking time: 6-8 minutes

Organic rice flour, organic chestnut flour 13%, water.
With mushroom sauce
The association is obvious. The woody aroma is brought out with this delicious pairing: try this chestnut pasta with a delicate mushroom sauce: porcini, chanterelles, honey fungus cooked in delicate olive oil with garlic and parsley.
If you love the taste of milk, you can make this sauce in a minute: lightly heat a bit of butter with chopped rosemary, crumble in some good ricotta (cow’s milk or mixed with sheep’s milk) and sauté it with the chestnut penne cooked al dente. Add a generous amount of ground pepper.
