Made with organically grown pears, masterfully mixed and cooked slowly to respect the delicate pulp, organic cane sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, it’s a great dessert on its own or spread on bread, it’s an aromatic and energizing breakfast.
Store the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat. Once opened, store it in the fridge and use it within a short amount of time.

A party dessert
I use this jam as a topping on panna cotta or cheesecake, or paired with vanilla ice cream.
This jam pairs perfectly with all medium-aged cheeses, but the aromatic notes of the cinnamon go particularly well with sheep or goat’s milk cheese.
