I have always had this habit: when I see a recipe I like, I have to download it, set it up with my favourite font on a new piece of paper, print it and put it in a blue folder, waiting to try it.

I don’t know how many recipes for gluten-free, chocolate chip cookies I’ve accumulated so far. One is too sweet, the other one too “sandy”, the other too buttery. This biscuit that I have put together, I think, is ideal: a magical, gluten-free Sincerity&Food mix with sugar, butter, eggs and chocolate chips.

If the butter is fragrant and the chocolate is of the good, dark kind, that’s all you need: the right balance and the proper bake.

It’s not a “light” biscuit, but it gives you energy and puts you in a good mood... and it’s gluten-free!

Storing suggestions

Store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close the package carefully or put them in an airtight jar.


Flour mix (rice starch, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, psyllium seed powder, carbossi-methylcellulosa, guar seed powder), sugar, chocolate 17% (sugar, cocoa mass, dextrose, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), buttereggssoy lecithin, vanilla, baking, salt. May contains traces of nuts.
