For me every type of biscuit has a time of day. There’s the morning one that has to be simple and taste of butter, the evening one that has to be super-gluttonous and the one for when you want something crunchy and energy-boosting. Personally, I find these gluten-free biscuits to be irresistible, even for non-celiacs: the chocolate chips satisfy my sweet tooth and the aroma of the hazelnuts wins me over. They are rich in fibre, moderately sweet and so good that I can share them with everybody.

They are gluten- and lactose-free biscuits without eggs or preservatives which instead of lacking something, have that something extra.


Storing suggestions

Store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close the package carefully or put them in an airtight jar.

Ingredienti

Buckwheat flour 40%, brown sugar, vegetable oils and fats (shea, sunflower), hazelnuts, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, dextrose, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), water, soy lecithin. May contains treces of milk proteinseggs and nuts.
