For Roberta, food is raw material, leavened dough, pastries. An obsession for labels and always wanting to know what’s in a product, where it comes from and who makes it.
For us, food is flavour, friendship, curiosity, sharing, travelling. Sincerity&Food was created like this, around a table, dinner after dinner, laugh after laugh; wanting to shorten the distance between work and passion.
